Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop “Nationalis.”
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated are final prices in euros (EUR), including the applicable statutory VAT.

Shipping costs may be added to the product price.
These will be clearly displayed before completion of the ordering process and can be found in our shipping policy.

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs duties or import charges may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Shipping is carried out by DHL, DPD, or comparable shipping service providers.

Delivery times are generally as follows:

Germany: 2–5 business days
Austria: 4–7 business days
Switzerland: 5–10 business days

If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed immediately.

5. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

  • Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (instant transfer / invoice)

  • Stripe

Your account will be charged immediately after completion of the order.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing with original tags can be returned.

8. Warranty (Defects Liability)

Statutory warranty rights apply to all items offered in the shop in accordance with §§ 434 ff. BGB.

We strive to find a quick and customer-friendly solution.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health,

  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

  • in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or

  • insofar as the Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only insofar as this is necessary for contract processing.

11. Copyright

All content, designs, texts, and graphics displayed in the online shop are subject to copyright.
Use or reproduction is only permitted with the express consent of Nationalis.

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state
in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
