Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Shipping is available only to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email – including a tracking number, where available.


2. Shipping Service Providers

We ship our orders with DHL or comparable logistics partners.
Depending on the delivery address, shipping may also be carried out via DPD, Hermes, or Deutsche Post.


3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are charged as a flat rate per order:

Delivery area | Shipping costs
Germany | €4.90
Austria | €9.90
Switzerland | €12.90

For orders with a value of €50 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs duties or import charges may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are generally as follows:

Delivery area | Delivery time
Germany | 2–5 business days
Austria | 4–7 business days
Switzerland | 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of high order volume (e.g. sales campaigns).
If individual items have longer delivery times, this will be indicated in the respective product description.


5. Transport Damage

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for possible transport damage.
If there is any visible external damage to the package or the goods, please report this immediately to the delivery person and then contact us by email at:

This helps us to process any replacement or refund requests more quickly.


6. Returns

⚠️ Important note:
The company address listed above in Mainz-Kostheim is not a return address.

If a return is necessary (e.g. within the scope of the right of withdrawal or in the case of a defective delivery), please contact us in advance by email.
We will then provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.
