Fit, shipping, care and returns.
Which size do I need?
The size chart on every product page maps height and weight to the available sizes. Find the smallest field that contains both of your values — that is your size.
If a value falls exactly on an edge, choose the larger size. Our model is 185 cm tall and wears M.
How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?
Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
We ship throughout Europe as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Türkiye. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
How do I care for my kit?
Turn inside out before washing. Wash at a maximum of 30 °C. No fabric softener, no tumble dryer. Do not iron over the print. Air dry.
These instructions apply to all NATIONALIS kits.
Are XS and XXL available?
Sizes S to XL are currently available. Further sizes are planned.
We announce new sizes through our newsletter.
How do exchanges and returns work?
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods. The kit must be returned unworn and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
You can start the withdrawal using the withdrawal button on our website.
Is there a discount on the first order?
Yes. After signing up for our newsletter you will receive the code by email and can redeem it directly at checkout.
Are more kits coming?
Yes. Further origins and products are in development.
