Withdrawal policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NATIONALIS, owner Ali Diyar Dölek, Luisenstraße 26, 55246 Mainz-Kostheim, Germany, email: support@nationalis.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this in the following ways:

• Online via our withdrawal form page: www.nationalis.de/pages/eu-widerrufsformular. There you will find the “Withdraw contract” button. You can withdraw without logging in and without giving a reason.
• By email to: support@nationalis.de
• By sending us the model withdrawal form (see section 7).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

After we receive your withdrawal, we will email you the correct return address. Please only send the goods back once you have received this confirmation. Returns sent to our business address without prior arrangement cannot be processed.

4. Return costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply if the goods delivered are faulty or damaged; in that case, we cover the return costs.

5. Condition of returned goods

Please note that only unworn, unwashed and undamaged goods with their original tags and packaging can be returned. Please handle the goods with care while you decide whether to keep them.

6. Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs;
• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear or comparable sealed products);
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the supply of digital content if performance has begun and you have expressly agreed to it.
